Ask A Childbirth Educator Questions and Answer
Q. Will taking the baby on walks, after he is born, hurt him?
A. When dressed appropriately for the weather and snuggled into a baby sling,
babies can enjoy walks just as much as you do. Walking is a great way for you
and baby to get some fresh air and gentle exercise. It won't hurt him at all.
