Q. I have had 2 emergency c-sections the last one was 12 years ago since that time I have gained a lot of weight and my scar has sunken deeply inward is this common ??? not joking but, my sister says it looks like a butt.

A. This is not unusual. It happens with other abdominal scars as well, not just c-section scars.
