Questions and Answer

Q.My husband cleans the litter box, but is it o.k. for them to sleep in on the bed?

A. Cats can sleep on the bed. The danger of exposure is from the cat feces, not the cat. Personally, I keep my kitties off the pillows and sheets, but that is because I dislike sleeping on cat fur and they are outside cats...I put a wooly blanket or throw at the bottom of the bed and they love to sleep there as it is more comfortable than the cotton cover.
